30 minutes DIY: Turn a man’s shirt into a woman’s skirt
Have you got 30 minutes to kill? Our guest blogger Fran Swaine of
Skulls and Ponies
blog has put together this simple upcycling tutorial – Turn your old shirt into a new skirt.
1. Take a thick man’s shirt.
2. Chop off the arms.
3. Chop off the top of the shirt.
4. Create a waistband by folding down the fabric.
5. Sew down both sides and your waistband
And voila! Style your brand new skirt!
